Ballpark Guidance — Not Licensed Advice

All calculators, guides, and reports on this site provide general ballpark estimates for planning purposes only. They are not engineering, electrical, plumbing, financial, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional. Solar arrays, battery banks, high-voltage DC systems, water and waste installations must be designed and signed off by appropriately licensed tradespeople (in Australia, this includes CEC-accredited installers and licensed electricians). We accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or non-compliance arising from reliance on figures produced by this site.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Where we are permitted to limit liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
